We ship domestically within the United States. Our warehouse is based in Detroit, Michigan, ensuring fast and efficient delivery to our customers.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Exceptions:
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days due to high order volume.
Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days for an additional fee.

Lost or Missing Packages

2. If Your Package Is Marked as Delivered:
Check with neighbors, building managers, or delivery areas (e.g., porches, mailrooms) before contacting us.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Hauté Labyrinth will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
Take photos of the damage (including packaging and items).
Contact us at returns within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
